1 Caller per consultation may participate in the conversation via phone. There is a $50 fee for each added participant. Up to 4 people may participate in the call. This is available for the strategy session only.

Same-day appointments aren’t available.

Please be available at the time of your appointment. Nikki will call the telephone number that you provide on your form. She will attempt to contact you via phone up to three times. Failure to answer after the third ring will result in a cancellation. If you are unavailable after the third ring, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. No exceptions.

Once the appointment is booked, it’s non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you are agreeing to our non-refundable policy. Please choose a date/ time that will work for you. Our business operates from Monday-Thursday. Please do not book an appointment on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. All clients that don't read and review our booking terms will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee. Please read our terms to prevent this fee. Appointments that are booked on Friday cannot be confirmed for Monday.

We are not available to reschedule. All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours after you’ve made your payment. After you've made your payment, you will be redirected to a form. Please fill it out. If the form isn't completed within 24 hours and we have to reach out to you to remind you, there will be a $20 non-refundable inconvenience fee charged to your account.
